Also included are flavonols, tannins, minerals, free amino acids and methylxanthines (caffeine, theophylline, and theobromine). Therefore, it has a small amount of caffeine.

    There is something special about green tea. I like the fact about appetite suppression, and it doesn’t give me the jitters like coffee does. I didn’t realize it had so many great nutrients. Losing weight and getting nutrients like this is great.
